Honestly I don’t know anyone working with dreams & IFS.
I agree they’re a great match though!
I do epic amounts of IFS (about 14 hours a week/700+ hours a year on myself) and I work with my dreams weekly. I’m committed to connecting to my dream world as much as possible!
I really love this! I can feel the liberation, the release. Not defending/protecting, rolling with the comment. And it's not "rolling over," as you explained, since you are in a way rejecting and taking perspective. Hmmm. How is it rejecting the comment--it's rejecting or deflecting the harsh energy, the possible negative impact. Yey!
I love the word “rolling” because I am rolling on the floor – but I’m rolling with it or against it, not “rolling over” and absorbing it, which I feel is what we usually do when we’re insulted. Thanks for this!
Love this. Dreamwork and IFS seem like a match made in heaven… are there more resources about working dreams from IFS you recommend?
